Matrix supplies Honda World Motocross with mechanic essentials
To go racing or riding requires a lot of products to support the bike including the tie downs, stands, fuel cans, ramps, stands, mats and garage essentials, which is where Matrix Concepts comes in for the Honda World Motocross team.

This new exciting company, which was introduced in 2011, has partnered the Honda squad to supply the team with some of the important fundamental tools to do the job easily. Matrix Concepts’ company goal is to produce old school products with a new approach, and these personalised products are made from lightweight yet strong ABS plastic with a factory look and for the consumer at a low cost.

“We are very pleased to be part of the Honda Worldwide Racing effort. Associations with world class racing teams like Honda help us develop the best products possible. We know teams like Honda have many choices when it comes to products and we’re proud they chose Matrix Concepts for their workshop and track needs,” said Chadd Cole, Managing Member – Matrix Concepts Racing Division.

Matrix Concepts’ range is ever expanding, but the utilities that the Honda World Motocross squad have are used at both the races and for practice, which are important for the day-to-day working in a factory motocross team. The company has a vast amount of experience, particularly with Arnold Taylor the designer, who has over 30 years experience in injection moulding.“For motocross it is important that we can do our job as easily as possible with lightweight, robust products that are simple to use and do the job properly. Matrix has adopted the designs of all the products we need, but brought them forward with something more modern and lighter, so we can operate even easier on a day-to-day basis. The stuff looks good, which is important for the team, but for me the usability of it is vital and I’m impressed with what we’ve been supplied with,” said Roger Shenton – Max Nagl’s mechanic
